Quality interactions during child screen time

Haykaz Mangardich, Susan Rvachew and Janet F. Werker recently published an article in the Globe and Mail on the beneficial ways to use child screen time during the pandemic and beyond.

Screen time use has increased during the pandemic. So too has the debate regarding the many pros and cons, especially among younger users. Haykaz Mangardich and team recently discussed some of the ways we can use child screen time to support their social and language development. One key ingredient is quality interaction between the child and adult, during screen use.
