Krista Byers-Heinlein, Guofang Li, AJ Orena and Kyle Levesque recently published an article in the Globe and Mail on the benefits of raising children bilingually.

As parents consider wellbeing during this pandemic, some may question the impact of exposing their young children to two languages. While language mixing and other unique behaviours may appear concerning on the surface, there is a “continuing return on investment” for children who are raised bilingually. As Krista Byers-Heinlein and team reports, there are many ways to enhance this learning experience, even within a pandemic.
