Christine is a NextGen member of the training committee and is interested in networking with other NextGen scholars and members of the SSHRC PG. Christine is a second year PhD student whose research focuses on how children pick up patterns in language. Her work uses behavioural and neuroimaging measures to explore the processes underlying language learning. Her Master’s work focused on developmental differences in statistical learning in 8-to-12-year-old children by using an EEG-based measure of neural entrainment.
