Martha Crago has been an active researcher in language acquisition across a variety of languages and learners, including monolingual and bilingual Indigenous children in the homes and schools of Inuit, Eeyou, Algonquin, Haudenosaunee, Anishnabeg communities as well as in children with difficulty learning English, French and Arabic.
